SourceDay | Sr. Director of Revenue Operations

I joined SourceDay in January 2020 as the Director of Revenue Operations. My first focus after joining the business was to implement the company's first Lead Lifecycle model, which included designing the model to fit how the business sold, implementing lead and account level scoring programs, and setting up the systems (Salesforce and Marketo) to handle orchestrating movement throughout the funnel.

When COVID hit in March of 2020, we went fully remote, like everyone else. Not surprisingly, SourceDay saw tremendous growth due to the rapid need for PPC manufacturing, as well as distribution moving from in-store to out-of-store and eCommerce. We were required to scale our marketing and sales teams to meet the demand for our products. During this time, we successfully moved the entire organization from Excel-based business reporting to being able to run all reporting needs natively inside CRM. This also included migrating all legacy contracts from Excel to Salesforce Revenue Cloud and standing up Salesforce CPQ for future contracting purposes.

After successfully scaling the team and business during COVID I was promoted to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations. I was allowed to build out the Operations team further.

Since beginning at SourceDay in 2020, we have brought in numerous new leaders, changed team design, moved up the market into the pure enterprise, and modified our go-to-market strategy. I am proud to say that the Operations team has been able to move quickly and adapt when needed through many years of change.
